In accordance with relevant regulations, including the Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People’s Republic of China and the Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment, we are hereby issuing a second public notice regarding information on the environmental impact assessment for the Phase I 40,000-ton-per-year nitrous oxide production facility of Chongqing Tonghui Kesheng Gas Co., Ltd.
