Third Public Notice of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the Phase I 40,000-ton-per-year Nitrous Oxide Production Facility of Chongqing Tonghui Kesheng Gas Co., Ltd.

In accordance with the relevant provisions of the “Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment,” prior to submitting the Environmental Impact Report for approval to the competent ecological and environmental authority, our company will publicly disclose information on public participation in the environmental impact assessment via an online announcement. On the disclosure webpage, we will also provide downloadable links to the full electronic version of the draft Environmental Impact Report as well as the full electronic version of the public participation guidelines for the proposed project. The disclosure period will run from December 16, 2025, until the date on which the Chongqing Municipality’s Fuling District Bureau of Ecology and Environment makes its approval decision.
