In accordance with the requirements of documents such as the “Environmental Protection Law of the People’s Republic of China,” the “Environmental Impact Assessment Law of the People’s Republic of China,” and the “Measures for Public Participation in Environmental Impact Assessment,” Chongqing Tonghui Kesheng Gas Co., Ltd. has commissioned Chongqing Haoke Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. to undertake the environmental impact assessment for its “40,000-ton-per-year nitrous oxide production facility.” The relevant details of this project’s environmental impact assessment are hereby announced to the public as follows:

Construction Scope: The project will be developed in two phases. Phase I involves an investment of 150 million yuan and the construction of a new nitrous oxide production facility, including process production equipment and auxiliary production facilities. Phase II involves an investment of 160 million yuan and the construction of another nitrous oxide production facility, including process production equipment, auxiliary production facilities, and storage and transportation facilities.
