Notice on the Release of the “Integrity Statement of Chongqing Tonghui Gas Co., Ltd.”

To thoroughly implement the requirements for integrity-based corporate governance, strengthen the internal supervision mechanism, and foster a business environment characterized by integrity and transparency, the Audit and Supervision Team of Chongqing Tonghui Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Tonghui Gas Audit and Supervision Team”) has taken the lead in drafting the “Integrity Statement of Chongqing Tonghui Gas Co., Ltd.” (hereinafter referred to as the “Statement”). We are now officially releasing it to the public:
I. Core Content of the Integrity Statement
(1) Strictly Prohibited Conduct
Employees of Chongqing Tonghui Gas Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”), any person authorized to act on behalf of the Company, and their close relatives (including spouses, children, other family members and friends):
1. It is prohibited to make illegal or non-compliant commitments to partners on behalf of the company without obtaining the company’s authorization, regardless of whether such commitments are made orally or in writing.
2. It is prohibited to accept or solicit any form of kickbacks, commissions, gifts, favors, or other improper benefits.
3. Prohibiting the disclosure of the company’s trade secrets or any act of using trade secrets for personal gain.
4. Prohibit any fraudulent, deceptive, corrupt, or commercially bribing activities that directly or indirectly harm the company’s interests or seek improper gains.
