Hydraulic components
Hydraulic components can be categorized into three major types: power components, control components, and actuator components. Although all are hydraulic components, their respective functions and technical requirements for installation and use differ significantly. The following sections provide a detailed introduction to each category:
Power components: gear pumps, vane pumps, piston pumps, and screw pumps (power components refer to various hydraulic pumps).
1. Two structural types: gear oil pumps and tandem pumps (including external gear and internal gear types).
2. Vane pumps (including single-stage pumps, variable-displacement pumps, two-stage pumps, and tandem pumps).
3. Plunger oil pumps are further divided into axial-plunger oil pumps and radial-plunger oil pumps. Axial-plunger pumps can be classified as fixed-displacement pumps and variable-displacement pumps (with variable-displacement pumps further subdivided into manually variable, pressure-compensated variable, servo-controlled variable, and other types). From a structural standpoint, they are categorized into two types of porting mechanisms: end-face porting and valve-porting. As for radial-plunger pumps, the porting mechanism is essentially valve-porting.
Actuating elements: hydraulic cylinders, piston hydraulic cylinders, plunger hydraulic cylinders, swing hydraulic cylinders, and combination hydraulic cylinders;
Hydraulic motors: gear-type hydraulic motors, vane hydraulic motors, and piston hydraulic motors;
Control components: directional control valves, check valves, and spool valves;
Pressure control valves: relief valves, pressure-reducing valves, sequence valves, pressure relays, and others;
Flow control valves: throttle valves, flow regulators, and diverter valves;
Auxiliary components: accumulators, filters, coolers, heaters, oil lines, pipe fittings, oil tanks, pressure gauges, flow meters, sealing devices, etc.;
