　　Description: colorless, odorless, flammable liquefied gas. Liquefied bottled gas whose pressure is its vapor pressure (7.48kgf/cm2 @21.1 DEG C). Mainly used in organic synthesis, fuels, solvents, refrigerants, ethylene propylene, manufacturing standard gas, calibration gas, plasma dry etching.

　　Note: propane is an anesthetic gas which has mild anesthetic and irritation effects after inhalation. There was only mild dizziness and no irritation at 10% concentration. There was no effect at 1% concentration. Mixed gas inhalation of high concentrations of propane and butane can cause dizziness, headache, excitement or drowsiness, nausea and vomiting, salivation, blood pressure decreased slightly, slow pulse, nerve reflex, severe cases, anesthesia, loss of consciousness. Work should be ventilated, especially in low-lying areas, because propane is heavier than air, easy to stay in low-lying areas, but not easy to spread. Bottled gas products for high-pressure filling gas, when used, should be decompression, decompression before use. The gas cylinders on the package are available for use, and the expired cylinders must be sent to the Department concerned for inspection before they can be used continuously. Each bottle of gas in use to exhaust gas should be retained in the bottle remaining pressure at 0.5MPa, the minimum shall not be less than 0.25MPa residual pressure, should be closed bottle valve, in order to ensure gas quality and safety. Bottled gas products in the transport storage and use should be put in non combustible gas and combustion gas stacked together, not close to the fire and heat, do not be near the fire, not oily wax, not the sun, do not throw, do not hit, no arc or arc in the cylinder body, no savage loading and unloading.
